Configuration Issues

I have been struggling with my configuration and am looking for some help. I received a new modem from my ISP and am having trouble connecting my existing Netgear products to it. I want to continue using them as they seem to have a better wireless signal.

I have a Netcomm modem, IP address 192.168.1.1, IP Pool start/end 100 & 200.
Connected to this (wired) is a Netgear Modem DGN2200 that I want to use as a wireless access point with an IP address of 192.168.1.99. I want to connect a WNR2000v2 as wireless repeater to extend my wireless range.

When i try to configure the WNR2000, the IP address of it changes to 10.0.0.1 due to the conflict with the Netcomm modem. I cannot seem to change the IP address to something in the correct range. For example, if I change it to 192.168.1.98 i get the following message "The IP address conflicts with the WAN IP subnet. Please enter a different IP address".

What do I need to do to get thongs working? I have attached links to some images
