Conncecting WN2000RPTv2 to public wifi with browser authentication

I use windows to connect to the public wifi (FON) and it uses a browser to authenticate as it is an insecure connection.
Can the WN2000RPTv2 do this? Is there a firmware update that may assist, or is there another extender on the market that can do this?
I am wanting the extender to do the authentication so that my devices don't have to.

- The extender does not support that kind of connection. It does not have option to authenticate unlike computer or other devices.
