Connect lan cable to AP wireless set up
After setting up manually i had wireless working up stairs AP but no internet from LAN ports. So after research decided to reset, log in again setup and using auto AP setup .... ok for wireless but st...

What router is it connected to?
What firmware is on the R6020?
what modem is it connected to?

Yep. I’m the dill. So far i have ditched 2 very long cat 5 cables
as faulty because the clips were broken off and the plug slipped out Just enough to break the connection .... so frustrating after having climbed
back through the roof 3 times towing and feeding cables.?
I found another long one in my garage after I posted and guess what?
It was all good from there. Der. Proof that the wireless AP setup didn’t block the lan ports incoming internet cable from
downstairs.thanks again
