It had a low signal strength. I found that by looking into the AT&T router (http://192.168.1.254/cgi-bin/home.ha) which show the signal strength for each device connected to it. How can I do that with my EX2700? I've moved the printer to a new room and want to check the printer's signal strength.
When I'm connected to my extender, why can't I see 192.168.1.254? The browser says it can't find it.-----Maybe because its not on the IP address? Your router attached devices page should show which IP address the router assigned to the extender.

192.168.1.254 is my router. 192.168.1.250 is my range extender. When my laptop is connected to my range extender, I cannot put 192.168.1.254 in my browsers address box and see my router information.
My router is an Arris NVG510. Besides the hp printer, there are Windows and Macs on the network. I suspect that the router is not able to handle all these. Perhaps there is a firewall setting that could be tweaked to allow the printer to access the internet.
