Connecting EX6120 to Sky router

I have swapped from Vodafone to Sky and I am unable to reconnect my range extender. I go through the set up on Genie, enter Sky password, change the new network name and enter the password for the new network. It closes as if finished but when I connect any device to the new network, it says it is not connected to a router and reopens the genie. What am I doing wrong?
