Connecting to an extender to my R6120
I just purchased a Netgear WiFi router. I want to connect it to my Netgear extender. I am using the Nighthawk app. But, for some reason it is not making the connection. Any suggestions?
1. did you get the router setup properly?
2. what extender are you trying to setup? firmware on that extender?
3. if the extender was setup prior, have you factory reset it and then tried the install? (push and hold reset while powered on for 7-15 seconds. the lights should flash).
4. where in the process is it failing? the more you tell us, the more we can help
5. are you setting up via the installation wizard or wps?
