constant blinking power light

hello, since trying to do an update on my wifi extender, i've been unable to access it, 

The power light in constantly blinking, with no other light turning on.

when i plug an ethernet from my PC to the device and go to mywifiext.net it says im not connected to one.

i've tried all the hard reset and jazz, different power sockets and whatever text support asks me to do but i cant solve this issue, 

i've tried plugging the ethernet from the device into the router but that got my nowhere.
