Is is just me? Or does Netgear have the worst customer service known to man??? I have an extender, my phone app says it can't be located, I can't connect to the web page that says it's up and runn...

Why is it impossible to locate a phone number??? I have a VERY basic customer service need. #FRUSTRATED

The reason there isn't a number posted is because support is only free from 90 days. by forcing people to go through the online portal, it forces them to be aware of that fact so they aren't wasting time constantly educating people it isn't free.
If you're within your 90 days, click on "mynetgear" at the top. register an account and the device. from there you can contact support
