D6100 AC1200 Wifi Modem Router won't store the ISP Password

Hi all,

 

I dont seem to be able to connect my iphone to the ext network.  It keep telling me incorrect password!  Have reset and turned all off and on again. no idea, what to do next .....help

    Thank you for your post. Please factory reset the extender by pressing on the small black button using a pin for 15+ seconds and join the NETGEAR_EXT wifi network with a wireless device. After you connect to the NETGEAR_EXT network browse to www.mywifiext.net and follow the setup instructions.
