Did you find these?
Which products support the NETGEAR Nighthawk app?
Which NETGEAR home router models can I manage using the NETGEAR genie app?
Care to tell us what problem you are trying to fix? I can't work it out from that message.

You might get better and quicker replies, and find other answers, over in the appropriate section for your device:

Hmmmmm ... leaving alone the thread was opened in a wrong section (but convinced a moderator is able to move it anyway):
- There is no EX7500 App.
- What App are you using?
- What issues are you experiencing?
- What would you intend to change and fix?
Unlikely you get assistance here on the question...

Genie won't even load on a Samsung S8, loads to a black screen. Reminiscent of the early Windows "Blue Screen of Death". I uninstalled and re-installed to no avail.
I downloaded 3 separate apps. from the Google Play Store just to see if perhaps a different app might work, to no avail. I was under the impression that the app. was to assist with wi-fi network management.
Correct observation, there are no EX7500 apps.. However there is a model EX7500 range extender.
What would I change or fix? I would think that the script needs opened and brought up to date for the existing hardware. Perhaps if it is incapable of addressing multiple versions of devises that on the site there would be links which would lead to software that is specific to various models of hardware, e.g. use this software for devices ranging from model 899 through 1000. If your Netgear model is 1001 through 5000 download the following software.
The property is a tiny 930 sq. ft. wood frame home with aluminum siding,
Somehow I managed to get the Nighthawk AC2200 established its located approximately 23 feet from the room I'm attempting to get Wi-Fi into, that distance is beyond its capability as a standalone extender, at least with the structures I have to work with. The modem, router sends the wi-fi signal about 10 feet downward through a wooden floor to the Nighthawk. With the Nighthawk sending its signal 23 linier feet to the Netgear WN2000RPT which I added today to the room and have a signal, but the indicator is red. Which according to the instructions is a poor connect. The room I’m attempting to send the signal to is an unattached workshop approx. 8 feet from the house which has what I believe to be asbestos siding over a double layer wooden wall.
I once used the Netgear WN2000RPT in my living room approx. 17’ away and on a floor below where the router, modem is located. That extender required resetting a few times a week, so I ran an ethernet cable from my 2nd floor office to a high-speed switch behind the entertainment center.
I’m using a Xfinity dual band combination modem router, 802.11ac XB3.
Who knows, perhaps I am expecting more than exists from technology that is available at this time and date.

I made an error in my original post by stating that it was the EX7500 app.
