Well that's easy your factory setting reset failed you have to turn on the device and then hold the button for about 7 seconds then some leds will go off and the factory reset wil start.
Any way when you forgot a wpa2 you can also use the wps button 1 is the one under the on and off button.
Then select wps login on the device you want to login with.
The device will connect without using the wpa key.
