Devices connected to mesh extender

Hi 

I have just set up a new mesh extender using the app. The set up appeared to have been successful but the app is only showing one connected device. I can't find any information about this. I have used the same SSID as my router.

    A mesh extender means it uses the same ssid as the router. When its setup like this, it relies on the devices (tablet/phone/etc) roaming protocol to switch between the router and the extender. 

    Meaning that your device just might not need to switch, don't have a roaming protocol built in, or just need more time/movement based on their own protocol for switching.
