DGND3700 Bridge Mode with D6300
Hi All,
i have recently bought a D6300 and my main router connected to my isp located upstairs (it needs to be upstairs because of the wiring).
It replaced a dgnd3700.
I want to use the dgnd3700 downstairs to provide a wireless connection to the users downstairs which would use the d6300 as the gateway.
The plan is to connect the two devices via a ethernet cable i.e.: via gigabit. (i don't want to use wireless to connect the devices when i can use a physical gig ethernet cable)
I cannot get it working for some reason.
The config on the dgnd3700 is very simple i.e.: Set to defaults then configure the IP address.
The d6300 works normally when i connect to it.
I can connect to the dgnd3700 via wireless but cannot get any internet access.
Anyone got ideas on what may be wrong???
Thanks in advance.
