Difficulty setting up WIFI Extender - Model no EX6400

I am setting up the extender through the app and when entering in my home wifi password, it says it is incorrect however it is not? I can't advance until it accepts the password.

Did you try setting it up using WPS?

Or trying the installation assistant and not the app? I'm not a huge fan of the app.
