EAX15 Extender- Extending my 2.4GZ network but can't see the 5GZ network?

When settin up my Mesh extender it only recognized the 2.4GHz network and did not recognize the 5GHz network. Does this product only extend one network at a time?

Nope, it does both.

Does your router have 5ghz? what router is it?

how did you set it up? using wps or the installation assistant?

Yes my router supports 5GHZ
The model is RAX45-100NAS (AX4300)
I setup both my router and extender using the nighthawk app on my phone

  Are you using smart connect on the router?
  And onewifi on the extender?

    Smart Connect is turned off on the router
    
    Not sure what you mean by "And onewifi on the extender? " I only can see the 2.4GHz on the extender.
