EAX15 on C6250 using Comcast

I’m having trouble with buffering on tv when connected to EAX15. I just changed it so that EAX15 have different network names to see if that helps. Can anyone explain to me why (when connected to 5G EAX15) this image shows not connected?

    What is connected to the EAX? If you don't see anything connected on 5Ghz, and shows 2.4Ghz, what is connected on 2.4Ghz? 

    Be sure your devices are connecting to the EAX as well.
