eax15 wifi extender

I recently rant some new wired outlets around my house. I have been running this extender for my wifi, and want to continue using it. I was wondering if the Ethernet port on this extender can be utilized as an input. My router is now connected to the outlets through the ports on the back. So can I get the extended connected wired for better signal on the other side of the house?

If these are Ethernet wires, then you can use the EAX15 in "access point" mode.

Or look it up in the manual.

Can you hardwire it in? Yes. As michaelkenward says though, you'll need to set it up in access point mode.

Keep in mind that access point mode disables the smart roaming features of the extender. Devices tend to be a little stickier and not roam as efficiently when those are disabled
