Ethernet port does not work , just wifi , everyphing new . Device connected directly to router works fine . What can I do ?
None of the above helps.It worked 2 weeks after they remotely did something ( it was under warranty ) . Now netgear ask to pay to fix the problem. Is this right ?

They knew the warranty will expire soon so fixed to work temporary. Smart !
