Now it is dropping WiFi signals all together and some devices are not even able to connect. I am returning it and going back to using my EX8000 Range Extender. This RE is a piece of garbage.
- david85297Feb 24, 2020StarI've had this issue since November 2019. They sent me a replacement back in November after spending an hour with support. Doesnt matter if its 2ft away, it will just drop connections. Getting a replacement will not fix the issue, it's a problem with all EAX80's.
I have an rax120 too, so it could be an issue when paired with the rax120. Little disappointed they havent had a firmware update to fix this issue that has been reported doe months.- david85297Mar 10, 2020Star
Does anyone know if Netgear plans on fixing this issue? I'm so confused on how their site is showing good reviews for this product when it clearly doens't work. I've gone through 2 of them, and have had the same issue.

I am having the same issue, but mine is connected to the RAX200 - This is just not a good extender if it is dropping connections all the time on the link between the two.
I submitted a warranty claim to have mine replaced.
