EC6120 set up in Ireland

Hi

I am trying to set up my WiFi range extender and I have registered my Wifi ext and created an account.  I have followed the steps with the green like on power and router but when I go the WiFi on my devices I don;t get the option of NETGEAR_EXT only the _2GEXT and the _5GEXT.  When I click on either of these it is not accepting the password?  

I have been looking at this for 2 days now so any solutions welcome?
