EX 3700 extender 2 g band no longer working
My 2 Ghz band no longer works (connected no internet) I have tried to factory reset through the setup; AND STILL NOTHING - NOT sure what to do besides trash it an buy some other extender. Thanks,...
if it worked before, you might try downgrading the firmware a version. Maybe the newest introduced an issue
Yes it truly worked before and I will look at downgrading firmware to a previous version. WISH ME LUCK! 😄
Downgraded to 3 previous versions of firmware. Still connected with no internet. 😕 ? I will try to downgrade to more previous versions in my mindless evenings 🙂
when you're changing firmware versions, are you factory resetting?
Seems odd for just the 2.4ghz not to work but still connect to the router. Really makes me suspicious of the router
