EX 7500 display
Hi Community:
I used the installation wizard with my extender near to my router and got everything up & running. When I unplugged it and replugged in the location where I want it & the extender shows as connected to my router (1st light postion) but the 2.4 & 5 gHz lights are not on. Power light (3rd position) is on and so is 4th light from the left. I am not seeing the router in my Networks on my iphone, either. I have the Netgear app on my phone. Any ideas as to how I can get those two lights to come on and for it to show in my list of Networks on my phone?

The EX7500 is a mesh extender. Meaning it uses the same ssid as the router if setup using wps or using the default settings on the installation assistant. So they won't show up as separate.
The 2.4ghz/5ghz lights only come on if something is connected to the extender. Otherwise they're off.
