EX2700 - issues with setting up

When I switch on the extender and connect to it on my laptop it takes me to the NETGEAR new extender setup page. Following that it asks me for an email address, password and 2 security questions. When I complete the relevant information it takes me to a login page where I have to put a username and password. When I put my email address and the password in there I get a pop up that says please wait a moment but then nothing happens and it goes back to the login page. Each time I put the email address and password it takes me back to the login page as per attached picture. Any advice as to how I can get this to work?

    Have you tried using a different web browser or another device to access the extender's page? You may clear the cookies and cache of the web browser that you are using and see if it works.
