EX2700- Wider Range

I saw that someone stated that their EX2700 was only at 75% and they changed it to 100% to get a wider range.  How would I go about doing that?  Is that even a thing?  I live in a concrete home, so am in need of all the power I can get.  Even the interior walls are concrete. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
