EX2700 canot connect to new router

Hello, I got a new router from my ISP and for the life of me cannot get my EX2700 to connect to it!

I went through the set up wizard, factory reset it and followed the instructions to no avail. Currently, only two of the LED lights are lit - power and WPS. The device light will come on if I connect my phone or laptop, but the router light remains off at all times.

Please help! It would be much appreciated:)
