ex2700 password set up blunder - how to fix
Just trying to set up a Netgear EX2700 extender and mistakenly entered the wrong passord for connecting to my wifi and am now stuck in a closed loop. I tried to reset to factory settings but it automatically defaults to the xxxxxx_EXT I created (with erroneous password) in the first place. I am so out of my depth here. Can someone please take me through the steps to correct my blunder. I am doing the set-up through a cable as my router is not WPS enabling. That's the sitch! Thank you.

many people just click reset.
It needs to be pushed and held in while the device is powered on. usually 7-15 seconds.
the lights will change when its held long enough.
