EX2700 Problem with Connection
Hi There,
We bought this wifi extender recently, but despite following all the required steps and getting the correct reponse from the extender and the router, it will not accept the password we use for our wifi and connect to our devices. Please help - what are we doing wrong?

More info is needed.
1. what firmware is on your extender?
2. What router are you trying to connect to?
3. Are you setting it up via wps or using the smart connection wizard? both methods have a video demonstration on the support site. If you've tried one and it didn't work, try the other.
4. Are you trying to set it up in the same room? you can move it after setup?
5. Another thing to try is to directly connect a device to the extender for setup. Tends to make things go smoother.
6. If your using any type of autofill during setup, disable it.
7. Also make sure there's no spaces or special characters when doing setup.
