Hi, i have been using my extender for long time with no problems; i have recently change my internet supplier and consequently the modem.
After i did the normal process to configure the device, i put the password (which perfectly works without extender) and it says that the password is incorrect but i can see that the electronic device has been reconised.
What could it be??

Try to log into www.mywifiext.net and change the password again on the extender and see if that works for you.
