I have connected my range extender to the router successfully, plugged it in where I need it and get a good connection signal. However the device light is off. When I take a device to it I put in the network password as instructed. the light flashes green and the device then says that it cannot access it due to the wrong password. I have been V careful to get the password right!

 

Any suggestions?

    did you set it up via wps? 

    If so, factory reset the extender and rerun setup using the install wizard and not wps.
