Ex2700

I connected my EX 2700 and I am getting good reception from Modem upstairs , the issue is when I go into my android box apps a pop up screen appears saying I am not connected and telling me to sign in to my Netgear account

    What router is the ex2700 connected to? 

    What firmware is on it? 

    What method of install did you use? WPS or the installation assistant?
