EX3110 , light for the option "device" is not turning on. Moreover the 5G connection is not visible

Light for the button Device, is not turning on

    1. What router did you connect it to? 

    2. Firmware on the extender? 

    3. did you set it up via wps?

    4. the device link light turns on when a device connects to the extender. did you connect a device to it?
