EX3110 Not connecting

I got my Netgear ac750 from Walmart and I'm having trouble connecting it to my router. Am I doing something wrong? Or could someone help me with it? Please.

    what router are you connecting it to? 

    What issue are you having? Details are key

    What method of setup are you using? 

     

    Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 

    If so, factory reset the extender  and set it up using the installation assistant.

    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
