EX3700 Cannot Update Firmware
Hi, can anyone assist me with the update of firmware for the EX3700? I have seen many people have issues before, and I am finally getting round to it now as well out of date, but cannot update as ...
I have resolved the issue myself. It turns out that if you go into the Netgear support site and look up your device (EX3700) it suggests that the firmware is a .chk file. The documentation also says this is correct.
However, if you login to my netgear and click on your product the download is an .img file which works - just a bad support site I guess.

You can use the snipping tool to take a video of what you're doing. Thats sometimes faster and allows us to see whats happening/going wrong.
