Ex3700 Extender will not factory reset

I switched internet service providers and need to connect to my new router.  I am unable to factory reset the extender.  I held the button for well over 10 seconds, cycled it on and off, etc.  No cha...

Hi MrsStripes,

                          Try to perform reset for 20-30 seconds and ensure you connect any wifi device to NETGEAR_EXT network before you attempt login to it.
