Ex3700 unable to set up wifi access point

Hi, I would be very pleased if someone could please provide some advice on the following issue. My EX3700 was working well when configured as a Wifi Acces Point.  However, since changing my router (upgrade to Virgin Hub 5) it has not been possible access 'my wifiext' to complete the set up.  The error message is something similar to "server took too long to respond".

 

I have conducted a factory reset and everything goes according to the instructions up until that point.

 

Any suggestions?

      Thanks for the prompt response.  Unfortunately I have followed the guidance as per the user documentation but without success.

       

      I have been able to connect the EX3700 directly to a PC and access the setup page but unsurprisingly when I select the setup WAP option it is unable to access the internet because the PC is connected directly to it.

        When you're going through setup for access point mode, the ex3700 needs to be hardwired into the router. 

        so connect your pc/laptop to the extender wireless and hardwire the ex3700 into the router.
