So what do you do when your password isn't accepted on mywifiext and the Password help gives you different questions than you answere when registering the product? Oddly, the same password works for the Netgear website.

the default login is admin and default password is password.
If you setup password recovery but don't know the questions, you'll need to factory reset to get back to default.
If you didn't setup password recovery, it still asks the questions but there's no right answer so you still need to reset.
to reset, push and hold the reset while powered on for 7-15 seconds. The lights should blink when held long enough.
