EX6000 Cannot get onto new network

My extender (EX6000) cannot get onto my new network because I cannot get onto the website that allows me to reassign the extender to the new network.  The reason for this, apparently, is that the extender isn't on my new network and the old network no longer exists because I am using a different carrier.  Catch 22 as far as I can tell.
