EX6100
Hi all, My EX6100 extender was Firmware Version 1.0.2.28 I found new one and I have updated to EX6100-V1.0.2.6 now I can't access it and enter how to downgrade it to the old version

Reset the device and set it up from scratch following the instructions on the support pages.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.

I reset the device my ex6100 router and nothing change and still same firmware and still have same error after login (this site can't be reached). I need solution to reset my firmware to the original one.

I have nothing to add to what I have already said.
I have explained how to reset and access the extender and how to update the firmware,
If you still have problems, tell people what you are doing and where things go wrong.
Simple saying "this site can't be reached" is no help in diagnosing what you are doing.
There are lots of ways of getting that message. Only you know how you got there.
