did you factory reset it and install it using access point mode?

Did you test the cat6 cable to ensure it wasn't the issue?

    Yes, I did reset the settings. The cable seem fine when I connected it to my pc. I was getting around the 400 Mbps.

      what firmware version are you on? 

      Waht router is it connected to? 

      When testing, are you making sure to test 5ghz seperate from 2.4ghz?

      2.4ghz is much slower

        The EX6100 is on  V1.0.1.94

         

        The router I am using the TP-Link C7 AC1750

         

        What do you mean test the bands separately? Do you mean only enabling one band on?
