what firmware version are you on?
Waht router is it connected to?
When testing, are you making sure to test 5ghz seperate from 2.4ghz?
2.4ghz is much slower

The EX6100 is on V1.0.1.94
The router I am using the TP-Link C7 AC1750
What do you mean test the bands separately? Do you mean only enabling one band on?

You don't need to disable a band. Just make sure you test each band seperate. because 2.4ghz is so much slower, if you're using that for speedtesting and thinking its 5ghz, you'll think speeds will are atrocious.

Yes, I did test them both seperately. I know that 2.4 ghz will perform slower, but the AP was performing worse than the 2.4ghz and 5 ghz extender setting respectively
