I'M HAVING TROUBLE CONNECTING WITH THE NETGEAR INSTALLATION ASSISTANT

1. Plus hit the caps lock botton. its to the left of the "a" key
2. What trouble are you having? Details help the most. Just saying it doesn't connect doesn't tell me where in the process its failing. Are you having issues connecting to the wifi? Problems going through setup? Problems connect it back to the router? What all is going on?
3. Are you trying the wps method or the manual connection method?
4. what firmware are you on?
5. Router you're connecting to?
