Did you set it up via wps? This is the default install method and always tends to have issues with isp supplied routers (and some 3rd party routers).
If you installed via this method, reset the extender back to factory (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on) and then follow the installation wizard method instead.
Thank you for the reply. That is exactly what I have done I've tried 3 different booster boxes aswell and they have all done the same. I will try what you have said and get back to you.
