Did you set it up using the push button WPS option?
If so, factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.
To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.

Tried this but laptop won’t allow access to the installation site. Don’t know what else to do to get it to work. Was okay with previous Sky router but won’t take Vodafone WiFi password which I know is correct. Have reset extender several times.

Did you try a different device? You can use a phone's browser if you have to
