I'm having the same issues with my EX6120 after I switched to an AT&T Fiber router. I follow all the instructions, it connects, I connect the various devices then after a certain amount of inactivity, it disconnects. I start the process all over again, it works then disconnects - this doesn't seem right, so should I reach out to AT&T or Negear?
