EX6120 as Access Point: DHCP server and WiFi channel select?

Hi,

I'd like to buy an EX6120, but need to check a copule of things before I do.

When configured as an access point, can it act as a DHCP server for devices that connect to its WiFi?

When configured as an access point, can I change the WiFi channel it uses on each band?

Thank you.

    Hi MarkLu,

    Welcome to the community!

    1. No, the main router will be the DHCP server.

    2. Yes, the wireless channel can be changed when configured as an access point.

I can't buy the unit because I need one which includes a DHCP server - it's a device (live sound mixer) that I'll be plugging in to the wired Ethernet port rather than a network. Thank you for your help, and please feel free to close this issue.
