EX6120 extender - I cannot set it up

I tried to set up EX6120 extender, conneting with WPS didn't work. Then I tried to set it up with Web Browser, but the NETGEAR_EXT WiFi network cannot be found. 

Can you please advise?

    try factory resetting the device. maybe it was setup prior. 

    push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds whiles its powered on. the lights should change when its held long enough. 

    I would also recommend setting it up via the hardwired connection. it tends to go smoother/faster than doing it over wifi
