EX6120 range extender
I have tried for hours to solve a connection problem between EX6120 range extender with my Vodafone router.
Although it worked for a couple of years there was an outage after which it failed to reconnect. Password problem.
I gave up in frustration as to upgrade firmware required WiFi connection to the extender!!

You can manually update the firmware.
Did you set it up using the push button WPS option?
If so, factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.
To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
