EX6120 stopped working after 6 months

EX6120 stopped working after 6 months.  Red lights for both router and device.  Updated firmware and reset the device but still not working.

Actually I was mistaken.  The Power light is not amber it is green.  The Router and Device lights are now blank.  This is after firmware update and reset.

Sounds like you successfully reset it then. The device light comes on when you have something connected via wireless and the router light is for when its connected to a router. So you'll want to go back through setup.

    I did go through the steps using the wizard to set it back up.  It does not seem to hold the settings.

      Try reinstalling the firmware to the device? maybe you have a corrupt version on it
