EX6120 TP Ethernet does not provide Internet for TiVo

When using 802.11 type N router, I used an IOGEAR GWU627 to provide twisted-pair Ethernet to TiVo digital video recorder machines from the type N Wi-Fi.  This worked fine, but then I switched to a Netgear AC1900 Router.

The IOGEAR device did not work with the Type AC Wi-Fi, so I bought an EX6120 to provide the TP Ethernet to the TiVo.  The TiVo could not accept the EX6120's outpout.  The TiVo probably asks for DHCP service and the EX6120 should have passed this request to the Router, but the TiVo apparently doesn't learn of an assigned IP address.  TiVos do not display available networks in any way, so I have little to go on.

Does anybody have any ideas?  I was told that the router should communicate with the IOGEAR device as a Type N, but it didn't when I first installed the Router.
