EX6120 WiFi Range Extender disconnecting

So we have been using the EX6120 WiFi Range Extender for about three to four weeks now perfectly fine. 

 

About three days ago it started disconnecting from the router in 2-10 minute intervals, it then reconnects instantly. This is getting to be a bit of a problem. 

 

We have updated the firmware, even tried an older firmware, moved the router, adjusted the setting on the extender, moved the extender to other locations all with no avail.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this issue before I throw this thing out of the window?

  • I am having the same issue.

    Extender keeps dropping connection every few minutes.

  • Same here, but mine does not reconnect after dropping the connection after a few minutes.Latest firmware, all lights are green but no connection for the device attached. Guess I'll have to look elsewhere for an extender that works.

    Frustrating and disappointing.
